Important Tips to look  Hydrated:

1) Wear Alone for Skin Hydration

2) Don’t use it before your makeup unless you’re experienced with it as it might cause your foundation to cake or streak.

3) Usually you spray it on after you have finished applying your makeup, but sometimes if you need it to be more "waterproof", spray it after each step of a makeup application (i.e. after base, eyes, blush, powder, etc).
